Where can I find a high-end 21.5" monitor like this, pref by ASUS?

If only I knew that before today!!! Ugh!!! I just purchased this monitor: TUF GAMING VG259QM | Monitors | ASUS USA as my daily driver, and while it is very bright and fast, it is also slightly blurry. So mad at myself!!!
I've never had an LCD monitor that was "blurry" when operated at its native resolution. Blur is something I remember from the CRT days, when I ran a 15" NEC Multisync monitor enar the high end of its resolution range (1280 X 960, maybe).

But then, every LCD monitor I've owned had a 60Hz refresh rate.

.28 isn't THAT bad. From your topic and monitor requirements, I assumed you were looking for a monitor that was mainly for things like image editing, with a side of light gaming.
I am. I'm a Web Developer, and I edit images quite often. But I also like to enjoy HDR video content (incl. YouTube, Vimeo, 4K Blu-Ray, etc.), and Steam Games during some of the little down time that I have.

Also, I'm very picky about image clarity, and sharpness especially, because my Grandmother has Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), so it's already in the family, and I wanted to avoid this, if at all possible, while still maintaining long sessions in front of the computer screen.

You probably still have time to cancel the order or return it if you want.
Na, you're right! It's just good enough to keep, at least until my next upgrade, especially given the fact that I have yet to find something better suited for the job, and getting a monitor off of any online store like Amazon, where it has to be shipped, and potentially mis-handled, you're fortunate to get one without any defects, and mine has 0 defects - so I'm grateful, and thankful, and don't want to push it.

However, I do have an older PC on the right ledge of my L-shaped desk that I'm still looking for a new monitor for. It's currently using an ancient ASUS VS228H-P, but I always seemed to love how perceptively clean-cut and sharp the screens display was (now that I know about pixel pitch, I now know why), but everything else like colors and brightness was utter trash. I'm especially looking for something with the same pixel-pitch, or slightly smaller, as it's replacement. If I'm force to go 27" and I find something better than I'm currently using for my daily driver, I'll move the VG259QM 24.5" monitor over there, and use the new 2560x1440 27" I find as my daily driver, but it has to be better in all respects, sharper, and check off most of my check-list (mostly everything except touch support, because that's a rare novelty).

With my newfound pixel-pitch knowledge, this looks like the BEAST I was looking for!!!!! The ROG Strix XG279Q

It's better (on paper, at least) than anything else I've come across! In all respects, it's the best of the best!!

    Problem [kinda] solved.

    @JamesAndersonJr

There's still better monitors, out there. I think for what you want to do, you should probably look for a gaming monitor and then a professional monitor as well.
Like I mentioned before, DELL Ultrasharps are awesome professional monitors. They also have professional... prices.

Now not all the Ultrasharps are professional grade, but you can pretty much tell by the prices.
For crystal clarity look for the seriously low pixel pitch, 1.07 billion colors. Even then you'll suffer a bit with refresh rate and response time, which makes then NOT the best for gaming.

Maybe so...but it sure looks [on paper] much better than my [still quite infant] 1080p ASUS TUF Gaming VG259QM 24.5" monitor, and more than enough for both my work and play requirements. "One small step for [the industry], one giant leap for [me]." - Neil Armstrong

Also, I thought it was kind of humorous that, though the ROG Strix XG279Q is an obvious darn near-perfect all-around top-notch choice for most people, with little to no deficiencies or short-comings, in any department, to think of (except for the afore mentioned touch support), it sounded like you were shilling for inferior Dell specialized products that check-off far fewer of my requirements. Fewer devices that do it all take up much less space.

LOL at shilling. I own a 30" DELL Ultrasharp myself.
