AMD Radeon HD 5770 and Windows 10 Pro Black Screen

Hi,
I have AMD Radeon HD 5770 (GIGABYTE GV-R577UD-1GD)
Until 30th June 2020 I was using Microsoft Driver for AMD Radeon HD 5700, after that day I have Black Screen problem.
All the drivers from Catalyst, Crimson, Adrenaline, IObit Driver Booster and actual Microsoft driver causing black screen issue. Except from Adrenalin 20.2.2 and 20.5.1I don't have black screen but they are not compatible too.
I'm getting error message at the windows start.

Do someone have solved this issue?

Hi ,
I tuck out my Graphic card and cleaned it, also I used DDU V18.2.6 (Display Driver Uninstaller).
Next I tried this compatibility mode and I'm getting AMD Error for driver.

Ok, I check my GPU on Ubuntu 19 my graphic card is ok. The driver compatibility, thatch the problem.
The last known working Driver is previews one from Microsoft.
Do you know how to get access to old Auto Update Drivers that Windows was using 2 weeks ago?

Check if it's available on microsoft update catalog site.

It might also be useful to replace that 5770 ... if you do anything that requires more than 2D graphics capability.

I had that card in a desktop that I bought in 2010. It was more or less middle-of-the-road at that time. Now, ten years later, it's a dog.

I have a 15 year old computer with the same graphics card installed. Ended up putting Kubuntu 20.04 LTS on it and gave it to my 11 year old son. The bottom line is planned obsolesce. The desktop is an HP business class machine, looks identical to way newer ones and has solid capacitors. I put an SSD in it a couple years ago and it is still a darn good machine!

My son installed Steam, his favorite games and couldn't be happier! I just couldn't see myself spending money on a new graphics card. Me and my son have much newer Windows 10 laptops but we both have Linux systems as well. My son plays some pretty modern games on that old system!

Just demonstrating that you do have options.

The Graphics Ccard is 11 years old, probably out of spec by now, hardware does age quicker at elevated temperatures, so whatever you do with drivers may not work now.

The fact it works on some Linux version does not mean it is working in all respects for Windows.

Semiconductor devices with elevated temperatures do change in characteristics and have a shorter working life.

Graphics Cards and some parts of the MOBO will be at elevated temperatures most of the time and a shorter life is a result of that.

I have some boxes that have 50 year old semiconductor devices in, still working, but they are close to room temperature and obviously no digital components.

I simply offered a suggestion. Everything wears out or becomes obsolete eventually. My son uses that 15 year old machine everyday, with the 11 year old graphics card. Before I got it, it ran 24/7 in a business. I think we got our money's worth with that machine! It's still running perfectly fine.
