I want to share with you a working drivers for Intel GMA 4500MHD on Windows 10 2004 - Drivers Intel GMA 4500/4500MHD/X4500/X4500HD 15.17.17.64.2413 WHQL Unpack with winrar/7zip and set compatibility mode on the Setup.exe for Windows 7 and install it. Support OpenGL 2.1 and is WHQL certified.

Extract the zip and open the .inf file to see which cards are supported. I've tested it only on Gma 450HD but it may work on other cards too.

Installed this on an old Acer Aspire 5738Z with Windows 10 on it (couldn't be bothered to try and install windows 7 from scratch, considering this is a Vista era laptop with DDR2 RAM). Upon first boot (I used a 320GB HDD from another laptop) everything was fine except the graphics, nothing on Windows Update and the device IDs didn't pull anything either. BUT searching for the GMA4500M brought me here and the link still works - I now have working graphics on an older laptop!
