Is it possible to modify a LCD screens default(no input screen color?)

this is a rather odd and petty mod id like to do, on a special screen i have on my case (a sonwblind s case) id like the no signal or default background to be white instead of black, reason is because this is a very special translucent that the color black displays as SOLID and cannot been seen through where the color white is completely translucent. so when i start my computer or the little hdmi dongle isnt plugged in i cant show off my cases internals through the glass panel until i fully log into a OS with a white background for that screen. im sure it can be done as i remember a old dell lcd i had would cycle through all the rgb colors when no display was found. perhaps a EDID modification can do this?

The feature you are talking about (choosing background color when no signal detected) if not present in monitor's menu then can't be achieved from pc side as that "no signal" entitles that the pc has lost connectivity and control over the monitor .
