nvidia control panel locked is not "compabile" with standard drivers

So I had the dubious honor of my fresh windows install being corrupted by windows broken drivers, I tried to install the newest standard non broken drivers from Nvida 445.87-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.

So my problem is after installing the normal drivers the control panel dose not work as its a windows store app and you are lucky if windows store works at all but that's besides the point.

I uninstalled it and then installed the nvida standard drivers with no errors but the control panel was not working, crawled over the windows store and got its version.....and its not compatible with the standard drivers.

So let me get this right MS wants to protect the install driver chain from malicious use from being broken by breaking them through malicious negligence??

My question is how do I fix this, is there a way to just install the control panel? Do I just uninstall the normal drivers and hope windows installs the right thing? I can not remove the nvida control panel, I worked on the computer all day yesterday and now this....I am sick....

Maybe Display Driver Uninstaller will help. Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.2.4

That normal/DCH driver fork can be a bit of a pain, no?

Its not tho I either get the control panel installed but not showing up when I use the exe(its in classic win control panel but dose not turn on as well, is not in right click proprieties on the desktop either), can get it to show up but get the compatibility error. I have installed and uninstalled and had the net unpluged as well, nothing is working, not even letting MS install everything works...

I know IT guys have been dealing with this sort of madness with MS for years but this takes the cake when you can not install a normal driver.

I swear this insanity over restarts and drivers is stupid, a simple install list to boot up pre online win-OS to install everything to in order check hash check registry pre and post boot..... I never had issues installing a bunch of drivers at once then reinstalling that never gave me any issues. Forking the drivers are insanity if you do not make them compatible , IE it will download the working version and use it..... an either or path or some sort of painless mode that changes to either/or makes some sense..... MS wants its walled garden and more people to log in I guess and Nvida wants more people to log in too...its just maddens, if they are make things more difficult they should work out the basic scenarios of stuff first and make sure stuff works at both ends.
