It is a Intel HD Graphics 620 or 630.

Is this a desktop? If so, I would strongly suggest a discrete graphics card.
I'm really not a fan of integrated graphics, if there is a good alternative.

    How old is your XPS?

Desktop or Laptop? Either way you can just lookup the Intel CPU on the Intel website and it will tell you which Intel iGPU is built in.

For example this Dell XPS 8930 desktop tower here:
    https://www.amazon.com/Dell-XPS-8930.../dp/B077JDVBR3

Shows it has an 8th Gen Intel i7-8700 which shows it has the Intel UHD 630 iGPU builtin:
    Intel(R) Core™ i7-8700 Processor (12M Cache, up to 4.60 GHz) Product Specifications

I would probably go for a new system with a dedicated graphics card.

That model is old - not for 4K.

How many watts is your PSU?

Look at the markings/sticker on the PSU itself. (Output wattage.)
That will determine what graphics card you can max out at - probably 400+ watts.

Post back with that information and I can see what would be best.
    What do you have now?
