Not really, Can the newer Intel graphics handle 4k?
Exactly what CPU do you have?

Best performance = discrete graphics card.

For 4K video support, you need: 3rd Generation Intel Core Processor or higher with Intel HD Graphics and the latest Intel HD Graphics driver.
However, with a newer CPU that has Intel UHD Graphics built-in, you might be able to find a nicer experience with the correct display device.
