Windows 10 HDR settings apply to all screens, not just capable ones

Hi all.
Not sure if this is the right section for the question - considered graphics, but it's not exactly that. Anyway, here goes...

I've purchased a new monitor (Dell S3220DGF) with HDR capability. I currently have 3 screens plugged: The new Dell monitor, my old MSI monitor (which does not have HDR) and a TCL TV that can do HDR, but it's bad enough that I do not want it on.

My problem is that whenever I switch HDR on the Dell monitor in Windows settings and go full screen on a YouTube video, all screens switch to HDR mode. Including the two that have the settings turned off. The TV turns it's HDR on automatically and the MSI monitor goes black screen completely and needs to be switched off/on.

So far it only happens on YouTube - don't have much to test on and don't really know where to even begin troubleshooting something random like this.

Any ideas on what might be the cause, or what part of the system is even at fault. Is it YouTube settings? Is it Windows? Is it drivers? I'm very very lost and I would appreciate any input from the community.

No this is something not random actually , but as a correction this is not monitors fault , its actually a GPU one .

You see this HDR thingy was not thought of well enough neither was given backward compatibility .

So a GPU that supports HDR has it disabled by default if no HDR monitors were detected , yet if one HDR capable device is detected and you are able to enable the setting in display properties , the entire GPU output becomes HDR weather secondary monitors support it or not .

So bottom line using HDR may require that you upgrade all your monitors to be able to use it smoothly , or just continue use it on primary while knowing that it wont work right on the rest of the monitor .

Or hopefully wait on Microsoft or GPU maker come with a software work around to maybe auto off non HDR capable device outputs once HDR is in effect .

That's not right.
As a further update, I can add that I tested with HDR videos and games.
From the three it's only browser video and only on chrome and vivaldi (chromium) that breaks the other displays.

Also, everything works fine as long as I don't go fullscreen on either of the secondary screens.
So no, GPU does not become HDR... that's not even how that works.
Thinking now I should look into chrome settings with the new info.

I'll update here if I figure it out.

Put it how you want but an app cant glitch your display , but may rather glitch the GPU which in turn may glitch the display . so basically since the common factor here is HDR and GPU then my claim still stand correct sadly .
I believe you should keep your GPU drivers constantly updated until they resolve this .
