You could try the Windows 7 drivers: Downloads for Intel(R) HD Graphics for Previous Generation Intel(R) Processors
They might work if they're really WDDM 1.0 or later. There is some chance that they're XP drivers; Win7 can use those, Win10 cannot.
It's too bad that Intel has poor support for old products.
