Not sure if this is in any way related to the dreaded 11002 error or not, but I've disabled my overlays (Discord, which stopped working a long time ago anyway, Microsoft Gamebar, and GeForce Experience) just in case. I've tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling my drivers, and resetting the graphics settings. Still no go.
I've attached my DxDiag and a picture of the error, as well as what Event Viewer says.

Sorry, I should have gone into detail about that.
What I did was delete the game entirely, and reinstall it.
I know, I know, no one wants to do that. But it fixes those dx11 errors... for a while.
So what I recommend doing, after you've installed a fresh copy of the game files, is to back up the folder it's installed to, to an external drive for safekeeping. That way you can just delete it and restore the backup if things act up again.
The neat thing about FFXIV is that its launcher can find the folder the data is in (the boot files, to be exact) and correct the path itself. So it will always launch it from wherever you have it, even if it's moved, say, to an SSD.
