According to your screenshot, your Intel HD Graphics 3000 driver version is 9.17.10.4229
Your current graphics mode is 1920 by 1080.
What does Device manger show now?

    Take a look at
Backup and Restore Device Drivers in Windows 10
Backup and Restore Device Drivers in Windows 10
I have mine backed up onto my external HDD. Fortunately, I've never had to restore any of them.

When a new Feature Update is due, I'll back them up again.

Also do system image backups on a schedule that suits you once you are back in control.
I see version of 10.17 not 9.17 according to device manager..
but none of them found so far I'm still googling...

You can handle this in powershell.

Just start powershell and enter the command. The d:\drivers at the end is where you want to place it. So if you have a USB key create a folder called drivers on it.

Then enter the command and change D: to the drive letter of your usb.

    It does all the work.

    PS C:\> Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination d:\drivers

Okay but the space is nothing, get them all and you can examine.

I look up another tool which should allow you to id the right one and you can save it from the output.

    You can get this tool

    Release DriverStore Explorer v0.10.51 . lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer . GitHub

Once unpacked you can run. Run tool, output is easy to read and you can see display drivers.

    Look for display drivers.

Then look through your output from exporting.

I believe all you have to do is go down the process of pointing windows to inf, the old days, I have a disk.

You can also google installing inf

Did you download a file with a setup exe?
