Do both OS's run as expected w/o any issues?

frozensun, I recommend getting back to Windows 7: no dual booting with anything.
--- Windows 7 needs to be verified it runs properly as expected including does the switchable feature work ok?

Reviewing some prior posts indicates constant issues with Windows 8.

They are wondering if you are having this same exact issue when using Windows 7?

@frozensun, I guess my attempts to be helpful aren’t worth anything to you. Anyway here goes.

    frozensun post #5
You answered "yes.I get an error code:this computer doesn't meet minimum ...."
To Caledon Ken’s question in post #4. "Did you use driver from HP web site, win 8, 64 bit."
    ---
My comments on that today April 10, 2020: You didn’t post the full message: I suspect its “Computer does not meet the Minimum Requirements error when Installing Graphics Driver”
--- If that is the case, that should have been evaluated before even attempting to install drivers in Win10.

"2.driver for W8 won't install because of an error message.”

    frozensun post #25
“Ok just tried and installed W8 driver from offical website, installation passed no problems, but screen didn't flicker and that was bad sign, after reboot, none of the amd drivers was installed,I could only see in device manager Microsoft Basic Adapter...
    So W8 won't work.”

    frozensun post #49
“Again problems with W8 installation with intel chipset drivers, I couldn't install them) got some msg cannot write some file) while installing.”

    frozensun post #72
“installed W 8.1 but having issue with chipset drivers”

Interpret that any way you want but when original issues are more than a challenge it can be troublesome to move up from there. Can you officially say that there aren't any problems with your original OS of Win7?
    Good bye.

Don't know,I don't turn On that laptop anymore.
Why should be issues iwth W8,I've installed all the drivers from offical HB website?
As I mentioned running W8 amd drivers from HP website at w10 didn't succeed because of a message I already told you:
your computer does not meet minmum requirements and that crap...besides guys it is not so important to have W10 on this device,
Simply you can not make it to work because there is conflict with intel and amd or one of the drivers is making problems.
Please stop writing anymore trying to solve the problem which is not solvable,
I'm on Win 8 now,and will report you tomorrow if I have any issues with drivers on it.

In my post #106, I opened with "I guess my attempts to be helpful aren’t worth anything to you." I should have included as well as everyone else's helping recommendations as this is not about me but all of us chipping in. I believe what frozensun should be doing is get back to the basics with a reasonable troubleshooting process on the laptop at hand because of so many inconsistencies. frozensun now you let us know your not on that laptop anymore, unless I missed it, how are we supposed to know that? He believes the problems on the laptop with those issues are not solvable so that's the way it is. I did not know he has a another laptop to work with.

frozensun, I wish I would have responded better in my post #108.

As far as the troubled laptop, it's ok to let it go if that's what you want to do.
I'll give you credit for trying to hang in there for as long as you did.

I just thought that because of continuous inconsistencies, getting back to the basics would make sense.

With that said, I'm glad to know you have another laptop that works right but I wish I would have known that.
    Happy computing

In one of my old Desktop, where I've been using Intel i5 2500k, it was all fine & up-to-date with the driver version 9.17.10.4459 Dated 19th May 2016

Intel HD Graphics 3000+AMD 7690M XT driver for W10,no such one,help-1.png

    H/W Ids are

    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&SUBSYS_20028086&REV_09
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&SUBSYS_20028086
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&CC_030000
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0112&CC_0300

but today, Dumo listed the v10.17.10.4229 as a new available update for HD Graphics driver 3000 over the already installed driver.

Intel HD Graphics 3000+AMD 7690M XT driver for W10,no such one,help-3.png

When I searched over the internet for the new v10.17.10.4229, found that driver here in DriverHub But after installation that, it shows this

Intel HD Graphics 3000+AMD 7690M XT driver for W10,no such one,help-2.png

In Device Manager & DirectX Diagnostic Tool, the driver version shows as v10.17.10.4229 dated 30th May 2016, but inside Intel Graphics & Media Control panel it's still showing the old version. Moreover, The new driver v10.17.10.4229 isn't WHQL certified & showing someone Named Karl Sabo as the digital Signer in device manager, the same is reflected in the DXDIAG Windows under the notes section i.e. the driver DLL files ain't digitally signed from WHQL.

Can anyone tell me what's the actual latest driver that's available for this hardware? & is there any link for the new 10.17.10.4229 version which is WHQL certified?
@Brink Can you help in this regard
@frozensun dihave you found /got that intel 3000 v10.17.10.4229 driver?
