    graphics driver help

This is on my Dell Inspiron 15-3541 laptop OS Win 10 Home Pro 32 bit. Some how the C: HD got infected and crashed. I had to wipe the partition clean and reinstall the OS and everything else. I can't find the drivers cd for the laptop. I have all of the drivers down loaded except for the graphics driver. When I punch in the Dell service tag number. Dell shows the following OS's and drivers for them, Win 7, 32 and 64 bit, Win 8, 32 and 64 bit, Win 8.1, 32 and 64 bit. But they only show Win 10, 64 bit. No Win 10, 32 bit. I am running 32 bit. I have been on line looking for the driver up, down, sideways, inside out and driving my self nuts. AMD driver info is bellow.

    AMD Radeon R4 graphics
    driver date 9-25-2018
    driver version 24.20.13019.1008

I have come close, but no cigar. A few web pages that say that they have what I need, Firefox blocks my way saying that the web page is dangerous, full of malware and so on. And I am having some problems with some games because the laptop is running on the Windows generic graphics driver right now.

Link to amd driver selection page https://www.amd.com/en/support

But I believe driver support for 32 bit OS stopped in 2018.

Windows 8/8.1 drivers should work, try them.

Your laptop uses what AMD calls an APU: CPU and GPU on the same chip. https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/a...uide_en-us.pdf

Because you have the R4 graphics, you must hav ean A6-6310. Drivers are here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/a...on-r4-graphics

The 32 bit drivers are version 18.9.3, last updated on 11/5/2018. (The 64 bit ones are at 20.2.1, from 2/3/2020.)

32bit support seems to be dying. Could you have gone with X64? Your Windows license would have permitted that.

Your 15-3541 was supplied with one of these CPUs: AMD E1‑6010, AMD E2‑6110, AMD A4‑6210 or AMD A6‑6310.

    W10 32-bit AMD A6-6310 drivers are here:

I am running 32 bit because I have some Amateur Radio digital decoding software that I use that only runs on 32 bit. The software won't work on 64 bit. The software is all sound card driven. And I want to thank all of you that found the links for me.

The AMD link bellow only shows drivers for R9, R7 and R5. No R4. I looked here already.

As others have mentioned, the graphics is part of the processor.
You need to know its model number and locate it in 'Processors with Graphics'.

You didn't read my post, or visit the driver link? https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/a...on-r4-graphics

It for an A6-6310 APU, whcih includes the R4 graphics. That isn't a discrete graphics controller.

The 32 bit drivers are the latest official ones. As another remarked, AMD stopped issuing new 32 bit drivers for that hardware after late 2018.

If I sound a bit annoyed, it's because I feel that I wasted my time.

1st off I got the the driver info bellow from a prog called "Driver Easy".

    AMD Radeon R4 graphics
    driver date 9-25-2018
    driver version 24.20.13019.1008

I saw the Win driver at https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/a...on-r4-graphics and at a few other places during my search many times. But it didn't match the spec's that I got from "Driver Easy". That's what was making me run in cercle's. I installed the graphics driver from https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/a...on-r4-graphics . And the mouse is now a bit sluggish and stalls out for a sec.

BTW when I looked at the Dell web page (a few times) and typed in the service tag number. The info in the link bellow never showed up.
