I opened up the Dell again and I checked the heat sync on both the CPU and the graphics chip. This is the 1st time that checked the heat sync in the 3 some odd years that I have had the laptop. There is no thermal pad. And just dried up and cracked thermal paste. I don't have any thermal paste and no more money until April 3rd to buy any thermal paste and a thermal pad.

Thermal paste is not too expensive. We sell it at about 1€ the 1.5g in our store. This amount is for 5-6 uses.

The thermal paste and pad aren't expensive here ether. But I live on SSDI government disability. I get payed once a month on the 3rd of each month. I have to wait until April 3rd to buy the thermal paste and pad. If that doesn't fix the problem then the only fix is to replace the motherboard. That's the only bad thing about laptops, if it lets say it has a graphics, sound, wi-fi or a bluetooth problem. You can't just swap out a plug in board like on a tower or a desktop computer. I am stuck with a laptop. I don't have the room for a tower, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
BTW, your store is a computer repair store?

Yes we do repairs as well, but you will have to pay shipping charges both for sending the device for repair and to receive it back. We are in Greece, so I don't think it is cost-effective, I see you are in USA.

Any ides about the mouse "And the mouse is now a bit sluggish and stalls out for a sec."?
I also have the A6-6310 in a Dell laptop and have noticed if I install the Dell display drivers the mouse pointer is behaved and videos play smoothly but there is no signal thru the HDMI when connected to TV.
When I install the newest or legacy Adrenaline drivers as suggested by Windows update or AMD's website I get erratic mouse pointer, videos constantly stuttering and the HDMI displays but with no sound.
