Windows 10 - Shadow on Windows desktop not smooth/rough

Hi, I just finished install Windows 10 (1909) on my system. Later I noticed that shadow on Windows is not smooth:

Did my graphic configuration wrong or something else? Please help me to find a solution to fix this issue, thank you!

Note: I don't find any issue related to shadow when playing video games.

I don't see that on my computers but yours appears to have 'stacked' 2 or 3 copies of the same panel, multiple/double clicks doing it?

Yer, a bit odd, maybe try switching Off/On the transparency feature, then Re-booting.
Settings > Personalisation > Colours > Transparency effects.

    Maybe this area.
Control Panel > System > Advanced System settings > Advanced Tab > Performance Settings > Visual Effects Tab > Custom > Tick or untick the box for "Show shadows under Windows" Re-booting between changes as usual.

Maybe other boxes will have an effect.

Your first suggestion do the trick, but the second isn't. Here's the capture:

Any idea why this happened? or is there any suggestion to make transparency working as expected?

Did you update it recently? Could you try with an older one?

The problem solved. I don't know what was solved it.

My Windows 10 is still version 1909, but with build 18363.900 (I don't remember my build when the problem occurred).
The GPU driver also latest version.

Thank you for your replies and support!
    May we survive this pandemic!
