Reseat card, disconnect cables and reconnect.

How are you determining that GPU is not overheating?

You can't really feel chip temps.

    Get a tool, one is

    CPUID HWMonitor

Did you reseat card and cables?

Well I would still install tool to monitor.

Can you associate when this started, your monitor shutting off, with a change you or Windows or Video Card made to system.

So if this started two weeks ago what has changed.

I would check Windows update history and when your video driver was installed, assuming it was updated.

Check the connections on the back of the PC and the monitor.
If they are connected, try using your TV.

    You have to check.

Open update history and check each category.

Then head to apps in settings and sort them by install date.

Finally go into Device manager, find display adapter, right click > properties > then click on details tab > scroll down to install date, it is way down list. Click on install date and check.
