I am using an external monitor with windows 10 installed laptop. External monitor is slightly blurry when viewed it alone.
But when duplicates the display (both display ON) external monitor shows perfectly. This is a windows 10 issue. Windows7 doesn't have this issue.
I presume this is a laptop?
You have the display set to 1366x768. I presume that's its default setting.
When you change to show only on monitor 2 ... what is the setting? If it's still 1366x768, change it to the proper setting for that monitor. I don't think 1366x768 is optimal for any monitor. To find the optimal setting, consult the monitor's user manual.
Or just try a number of different settings. I'd try 1600x900 first, especially for a monitor no larger than 20".
Then I'd try 1920x1080.
BTW ... what cable and connector do you use with the monitor? And what kind and size is that monitor?
