This usually never happens , you can use Programs and Features in Control Panel to uninstall it , or use DDU (Display Driver Uninstall Utility) if it persists , or maybe run "SFC /scannow" command in command prompt as a last resort .
But out of curiosity can you provide a screen shot of Device Manager after doing View > Show Hidden Devices and then expanding Display adapters if the problem persists after advises up ?
I've had enough of Microsoft installing what they want, when they want on my PC. I installed WAU Manager and have never looked back. It has a feature to only check for software updates and then I never get surprise driver update headaches.
Enable or Disable Windows Update Automatic Updates in Windows 10
WAU Manager
Thanks
Do I must disable the built in update and use WAU manager ?
Check the box on the top of the WAU dashboard to automatically disable MS update. After you configure your choices on the dashboard, just remember to click the save and apply button on the lower left.
I like to check for updates regularly (especially now since they never cause me headaches) and keep the WAU Manager app pinned to my taskbar.
I was just anticipating this , that you haven't removed the graphics card pre-uninstalling it . So to windows it is just an offline hardware , waiting to come back online later if you manage to switch cards again . So to properly remove it you should right click un-install device and ticking delete to driver in pop up confirmation box in device manager . It'll go once and for all .
Cheers
