    Screen Shaking Up and Down

    Here's the video: YouTube

This happens for the 2nd time. The 1st time was solved by resetting the PC. I'm using LG monitor with Intel display driver.

Chronology: I was playing game (CODE Closers) and suddenly this screen shaking occurs. The 1st time was happened this way too.

Things I've done: updating, disabling, and uninstalling display driver didn't fix the problem. Tried resetting PC like the 1st time, but it wasn't work this time.

    Someone please help me.

Check Reliability History for any relevant entries.
Also look in Device Manager for any yellow marks.
In the search box, type in ---dxdiag--- and check each page, noting the driver version on page one.
Use Display Driver Uninstaller,[DDU] in safe mode only,to uninstall/re-install the noted driver version or later, downloaded from the maker's site.Often the driver package will contain components which might not be needed,so can be excluded from the install.

after looking at that funny video this is either an ic on monitor gone bad or you have some malware where i suggest you do a malware bytes check , but this thing actually apply something called vertical shift , omitted from most drivers very long ago . so you may wonder why resetting windows fixed it , maybe is related to stressing monitor , making it work for long hours or so , mind you maybe the malware is applied by a crack/utility or so you re-applied later on after the reset .

I've checked them. Reliability showed no important errors. Device manager showed no yellow marks as well. I uninstalled the display driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstalled from auto detect software by Intel.

Could this be a hardware related problem?

Malwarebytes scan found some malware but none of them are related to the error. While it's odd because this problem happened after updating Windows. I tried reinstalling back to Windows 7 but that won't fix the problem either. This raise the probability of a hardware related problem.

can you maybe try a different HDMI cable if you are using one ?
also if monitor menu follows the pattern of movement ?
also if you can plug a different device would it still act the same ?
and finally maybe a different PSU ?

I've tried to plug my laptop to another monitor using the same HDMI cable and it worked just fine. Yes the monitor menu follows the same pattern of movement. So this is exactly a problem of the monitor itself. Sometimes it's just stay still (but still leaving spaces in the bottom), and sometimes it's shaking as shown in the video.

So what do you think should be repaired here? I don't know much about hardware and it's component.

no when it comes to monitors only shops can do those repairs , preferably official shop of your brand , is not the lcd/led so most probably they'd replace the board , if you are lucky and they were decent enough they might just replace the faulty chip or hdmi socket or so and it would cost less .

but before you do , see to if there is a reset settings option in its menu , maybe is something you or some-else has changed something by mistake .
