Dual Monitor movement of app windows :@

I wasn't sure where to post this, so i thought i'd try the graphics cards.
I have a 3440x1440 monitor i use for games, my 2nd monitor is at 1080 resolution.
When i play 3440x1440 resolution games, the 2nd monitor is fine, all the windows i have open on it stay in place.
The game i mainly play is counterstrike, which i play at 1920x1080, whenever i load this game, my 2nd monitor also changes, becomes stretched and then all the windows have moved once i quit counterstrike. Its really annoying having to keep moving the windows of the apps back and forwards.

Try this :
Right Click (nagging game's shortcut or running executable) > Properties > Compatibility and :

If not try using System / System Enhanced in turn to see if one does it better .
