Purge PC of AMD Drivers for New NVidia GPU?

I'm about to replace my AMD R9 280X GPU with a new NVidia RTX 2060 Super GPU. I'll uninstall the AMD drivers first. Is it advisable to use any other utilities such as AMD's Cleanup Utility? https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

You can try DDU, apparently it supports removing AMD drivers as well as Nvidia ones. I dont own an AMD card so have no first hand experience of this.

Another excellent utility that would accomplish this is Driver Store Explorer (RAPR). This was suggested to me on this forum and it's become an absolute necessity in my toolkit.

Scroll down to "Releases" for the link to the actual download.

I have used DDU numerous times on my AMD video chipset and can confirm that it works.

You can get it from here: Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download
