Anyone knows, if it is still possible to limit FPS in AMD Adrenalin 2020?
Previously it was a piece of cake, but it seems, they have removed the option.
It can be partially done via Chill, but that is not, what I am looking for, that sucks.

Though I've always used AMD GPU's (currently running an Radeon VII) I've never used MSI Afterburner, but it seems to be popular amongst AMD card tweakers. BTW why are you trying to limit your frame rates?
Trust me, I don't think your RX 580 can come anywhere near the loudness of the Radeon VII when maxed. That's the biggest knock against the card, well that, and the power draw. Anyway at idle, the card is quiet, but when gaming it can get quite loud at times. Luckily none of my games push it that level for long periods.
I never had an issue registering there. That said, I don't find the site all the lively anyway.

VSYNC is not that bad and it's very game dependant. The main issue here is not having a monitor with a high refresh rate and crappy VSYNC implementation under D3D API. For OpenGL, you can have Triple Buffering. D3D doesn't have got real TB, no matter how developers call it (Triple Buffering on most games it's just Render Frames Ahead; a misnomer in disguise). If you have an nVidia card, Fast Sync is a nice addition. AMD users can do the same, I think, but I do not recall the function name right now.
I might consider it, but it caps fps at the monitor's refresh rate, that is 75, that is too much, I want about 50.
I think you need to tinker with several options then. You want to cap framerate to an specific value. Then a framecapper without vsync is probably your best option.
