I can't increase or decrease brigthness

    Hello everyone!.

I've read a lot issues about this problem. In my case all Fn keys works but the keys related with increase/decrease brightness doesn't works. Also I tried change the brightness by Windows options but the problem continues.

    Here my pc details:

    Samsung NC110
    Intel Atom CPU N455 @1.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.7GHz
    2048 RAM
    Intel Graphic Media Accelerator 3150 - 256MB

The graphic driver installed in my pc is this:
Intel(R) Graphic Media Accelerator 3150 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0)

    Bye!.

Try to find the hotkey software specific for your system.

I had a laptop here were a few keys worked, but I couldn't lower or raise the sound with my keyboard. I installed the hotkey software specific for my system, a version that was around when Vista was introduced, and it fixed my problem.

    Thanks for the answer!

I have installed the last version of Easy Display Manager. This software (offered by Samsung) allows the keyboard functions but the last version is for Windows 7 and doesn't change the brightness. All another Fn keys works.

I just noticed that you also mentioned that you tried to change it with Windows options. Then I think it's a issue with the driver of you graphics card. You probably will need to wait for a fix from the manufacturer.

There is another thread floating about this, in my case i am running a win7-8 driver for a Radeon 6370M. That is the only way I got brightness to work.
Try an earlier driver, or whatever driver you had working before.
