Within the last couple of days I noticed that I now have two icon pinned to the taskbar for my Radeon Settings...and no apparent way to delete (or even hide) the extra.
Anyone else seen this and / or know a way to get rid of the extra one?
Location for pinned shortcuts are C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar
Thank you. I followed the path you suggested but the Radeon Settings icon...in fact, all the taskbar icons on the right hand side of the taskbar are missing from "...user pinned/ taskbar."
Nice! But I'm not sure how this helps me get rid of duplicate icons...?
Can you post a screenshot of the duplicated icons.
Following some "related threads" it appears this is not an uncommon problem--similar if not identical questions have been posted in the past and, as far as I can see, never been solved.
Nevertheless, you asked for a screenshot:
You can try uninstalling and reinstall to see that will resolve the issue.
Also hold down Shift key and right click the pinned icon to see if you can access icon properties.
