Windows update forcing Nvidia Driver 432.00

Starting the other day windows update started force installing the Nvidia Driver 432.00

I am trying to remain on 431.36 or 431.60

I have tried everything i can think of that worked in the past for situations like this but am coming up empty on success.

This update will not show up in "wushowhide" to permanently hide it.

I have also done the suggestions listed in the below article but as soon as i restart it reverts.
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...ndows-10a.html

I have went into the Control Panel > Systems and Security > System > Advanced system settings > Hardware tab > Device Installation Settings and "disabled" that.

Tried the checkbox on DDU "display driver uninstaller" that states Prevents download of drivers through windows update.

I am coming up at a loss. Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution?

    Could be a scheduled task:
windows 7 - Disable Nvidia Control Panel from checking for updates - Super User

    - what's the evidence it's Windows Update? If it was WU, you'd see a record of it in Update History in Settings- at the bottom where driver updates are listed.

I do not have a Nvdriverupdate task scheduled.

I disconnected the internet right before it auto installed.

Thank you so much for your reply.

You have shown it is indeed Windows Update.

You may find it easier to use a 3rd party tool to hide the update. Examples:
How to Manage or Stop Windows 10 Update using WAU Manager
    Download WuMgr - MajorGeeks

I may be forced to do something like that. I really prefer to not use 3rd party apps. Thank you so much for the reply.

Update: I tried the 3rd party apps and am still getting the same results. This completely blows my mind.

It could help if you posted screenshots to show exactly what is happening, both with
Hide or Show Windows Updates in Windows 10

and a 3rd party app (where you would scan for updates, you'd need to have the one you don't want offered, then click the hide option).

To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post.

Without very specific info I doubt it's possible to offer further ideas beyond disconnecting your internet- which I doubt you'd wish to do.

Please also confirm you have Home, not Pro, where there would be another possibility.

Showhide does not detect the update at all. As far as the apps, I had them selected to search for updates but not download or install. Then i tried to disable windows update and only use the apps which the update also ignored and proceeded to install once again.
Yes i have home not pro or i would have tried to disable driver updates within gpedit.
