Yes they do and they also say that you use it at your own risk. Unless you have one of those new RTX 308X GPU's this driver will be of no use.

The card I want next is the EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING

I am already on Evga's notify list too when its available

I would like one as well. I hear that that the RTX 3080 Ti is not all that great. One might as well get the best!
