There is actually, but there's usually regressions on them so the known issues may vary greatly, but like I mean for the general public. And if there's issues that applies to all then you can't exactly go back to get it fixed momentarily. And you are right, there's no rush to buy any of these cards, but they sold out like crazy anyway. It's hard to find any that's in stock.
They were sold out before 10 AM today. Oh and no there is not a rush to buy them.

My EVGA RTX 2080 Ti is working just fine running Modern Warfare and MW2 Remastered. I just had to set my settings on Afterburner correctly. This Reflex Low Latency Technology , I have never used.

I see for you had a +135 core clock before and during testing and scanning, you need to have it set to +0.
For proper use of OC scanner read this topic at MSI: Get a free performance boost with Afterburner OC Scanner

Do you mean afterburner or the OC scan portion?
You might need to go into the executable properties and change the DPI compatibility.
Because I have two different sized monitors, one 1080p and the other 4K, windows has problems with some DPI issues when it comes to sizing some apps.

Oh and OCscanner is from Nvidia and not Afterburner, that's why its labeled as bundled-
