That's because there's no listing for the hotfix driver in GFE, so it assumes you're outdated. It's weird.

And no, the hotfix driver is not on GFE, only through direct download. I don't understand why some think it's there when it clearly isn't. GFE only provides game profiles, platform updates, experimental platform updates, game ready drivers and studio drivers. Maybe in the future they can, but hotfix drivers are not available on GFE today.
