I only experienced problem with 537.58 and downgraded back to 537.13. As mentioned in my post #1395
I would never jump immediately on a new release as the likelihood of something not working the way it should is all too common in this industry. The 546.01 is kind of a silent giveaway that likely there has been an issue with 546.0.
I reverted to an earlier driver which fixes the problem so this must be a bug with the latest drivers.

I'm curious, which version did you revert to?

It's GeForce Ready driver 536.67 from July 23. I'll stay on this for a while until NVidia fixes the bug.

That's a real old driver ...I'm on 537.58 and have no issues with this one.

It's only from 18 July this year so not so old. I often leave the GPU driver update for 6 months or more.

    I see, thanks Steve.
So far I'm running on 537.13 again and everything seems to be okay so far...
This whole industry is anyway totally addicted to update mania as if you can't breathe anymore without it constantly updating.
Like i.e. Firefox you know, every time something else is screwed up.
