Hey guys,
I have Lenovo X1 Carbon 20BT from past couple of months with genuine Windows 10 Pro license. I also did fresh Windows 10 Pro installed some days ago but still facing this issue. Mostly application UI dont load fully and I cant see fully options of many softwares.
Even all drivers are installed properly!

There seems to be an inf file for your Thinkpad monitor on their site. I notice in your specs the monitor is listed as generic. I wonder if this package needs to be installed.
Please ensure I'm on right web page for you model and do a backup before making any changes.

What resolution do you have monitor set to and do you have the scale set at 100%
Start > Settings > System > Display.
jk22, when you click on Advanced scaling settings, do you have fix blur to on?
Also, I find the UI is better, if scaling is set to less (say 125%), and text is set to larger (under Ease of access / Display / make text bigger)
Yes everything was blur thatswhy I ran the custom script from Lenovo website.

Could you please share what resolution you are using.
At 100% icons shouldn't go large.
Also check that your desktop view for icons is set to small. Right click clear area on desktop, click view, then size you want.
At 100% with the highest resolution supported by your driver the picture should be decent. Decent can be subjective term but if every thing is set default and you are still having issue I would be looking at drivers and or hardware.
