graphics card still working ALWAYS for two displays EVEN one display s

I have NVIDIA EVGA GRX 650 TI and ASUS GRX 1050 TI
in each of my two of my PCs

For Monitor I have two monitors: one 4K 27" LG [HDMI/DP] and one monitor LG M2350D FHD connected to HDMI KVM Switch
Configured as the two PCs in each PC can have two monitors usage - dual monitor

When having one display turned Off or connected to other PC the PC with one display still the GRAPHIC CARD WORKING electronically for two displays... ??? So better having both ON the displays ???? In other words i only save monitor/display ON power --- graphics card still working ALWAYS for two displays EVEN one display switched OFF... ?

If I understand you correctly, and to be honest it is a bit hard to understand your question, may be a language thing, but as far as I know a graphics card is always out putting a signal to each port (DP, DVI, HDMI) as long as there is a connection (physical connection). Turning a monitor off does not stop the graphics card out putting a signal, unplugging the monitor cable from the card is the only way to stop a signal being sent to that port.
