Triple monitor operation is disabled after window update.
Hello?
I'm using a triple monitor by connecting two monitors to my laptop. The laptop has two Thunderbolt terminals, one for HDMI through a multi-hub to connect to monitor 1 and the other for use with USB-C to DVI cable.
Since today's Windows 10 update, I have only one external monitor. Originally, there was this symptom whenever there was an update, but it would work again after the update. This time, one external monitor will not continue to function after the update. At the bottom of the screen, after a warning window appears that the display port may be restricted, an error window appears that the USB recognition has failed.
When I enter the Task Manager, I can see this:
Please understand that it is a Korean version of Windows.
How can I fix this?
