Mouse input delay NVENC Encoder Obs Studio

I see in the task manager my Quadro K2200 has a built in Video Encoder, since thats seperate from the graphics processor, why is there a mouse input delay when streaming with NVENC?

Try changing your encoder, lowering your bitrate or lowering your stream/recording resolution to 720p.

Ive tried all that, CPU encoder has even more input lag, res was 720p during tests, bitrate is 2000 and Ive tried lower but it seems just having obs opened causes the input lag

Try setting the refresh rate to 60HZ in screen resolution.
