I hope to see a DCH 6th-Gen & newer WHQL driver out soon, too.
    Somehow, I've caught two bad ones recently (i5-8600K, ASRock Z370 mini-ITX Fatal1ty, Windows 10 Pro x64 19042.746):
27.20.100.9168 (latest): significant slowdown in Chrome scrolling; very peculiar
27.20.100.9126: weekly hangs with "Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
After numerous days & weeks troubleshooting this, this clean install method recommended by Intel actually worked perfectly.

9126 normal installation: "igfx stopped responding" errors
9316 installed normally: "igfx stopped responding" errors
9316 clean installed with DUU: "igfx stopped responding" errors

9316 clean installed with Intel's method: perfection! It was installed around April 13th.

Hi Brink and others members of TenForums.

Currently, I am having an issue with auto-brightness dimming. By default, there are no options to enable/disable the auto-brightness, but the issue occurred after installing a display driver (intel) update via AVG Driver Updater. The problem is when you playing a video with a dark background or open apps and photos, the brightness is adjusting to the lower level. After rolling back to the previous version of the driver, install the OEM driver via web support (Lenovo), and reset my pc with options to wipe all the data, settings, and apps, the problems still occur. Trying some workarounds available on the internet, still, doesn't work. Can you guys help me fixing my auto brightness dimming issue?

    Thank you.

Installation of the .exe file failed for me (even after "install anyway"), but this driver installed from the .zip file after extraction:
