Thanks Brink.
I already downloaded the new driver.
And I understand that there might be an Intel error for that banner, but my question is why this driver (8280) is not on the Intel's page?

Already installed.
Till now all drivers, installed than restarted and all was ok.
With this new one restarted 4 times till now.
Installed, restarted, after booted to desktop installed again, restarted and so on 4 times till working ok.
I noted my HP laptop has just installed the Intel Graphics Command Centre app and recommended to uninstall the former app which remained. All seems fine using the new app.
I got the same annoying message that carorueil mentioned with the same annoying results. After a couple of weeks or so, I stopped getting the message. If Intel KNOWS that OEM drivers will not allow their driver to install, they should have made the opt-out permanent instead of once for each message.
