Shawn, I just noticed you might want to add the Store address to the Intel Graphics Command Center UWP app to the DCH driver posting: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9PLFNLNT3G5G

I use my 2080Ti for graphics, but prefer to use the Intel graphics for my HDMI Dolby Atmos and surround(I use a soundbar from Sharp), as:
Intel offers more Dolby format choices than Nvidia



Using Nvidia HDMI sound doesn't let my Nvidia card clock down, so it runs warmer, and the fans nerve after a while, but Intels clocks don't even move, and it stays down-clocked, hence my CPU remains the same temps as if I didn't even have iGFX turned on in the BIOS.
