Latest Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10

I successfully uninstalled the old driver - I had previously not ticked the "delete the driver software for this device" box.
I then installed the 10.18.10.5059 Intel driver (16/08/2018) which is claimed to be compatible with Win 10 but again I get : "The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)"

Thanks for solving the driver updating problem - my problem now lies with Intel.

From the Intel Community forum a member suggested disabling Memory Integrity in Windows Defender.
It works - "This driver is working properly" and multi-screen capability restored.
This appears to be a Microsoft problem between the driver and Win Defender.

I have re-enabled Memory Integrity to protect my system and await a fix in future updates,

I spoke too soon. I cannot switch Memory Integrity back on, even if I disable the HD4000 driver!
Defender tells me that there is some incompatibly.
Serves me right for trying to outthink Microsoft.
