I am putting a warning here as I have just encountered problems with this driver while updating to the Fall Creator Update for Windows 10. This drive may cause a problem with waking up from laptop sleep on Windows 10. In my case, the screen flickers with black and white stripes while waking up from sleep. Intel people claimed on their forum that they are working on solving this issue. See this link for updates.

Good with the heads up!
I had abit stuttering with the previous driver (.4815) after FCU, but seems ok with .4821. Had no flickering when waking the laptop (Acer V3-372, Intel 6200U with external monitor) from sleep-mode.

Maybe this is also BIOS dependent? From the release notes:
"KNOWN ISSUES Sporadic BSOD while game play Just Cause 3 Sporadic flicker on DP 4k + MST Daisy chain"
