Looking for some graphic card advice

I'm planning on doing an upgrade to my rig this year by replacing the APU(Ryzen 3 2200G) with the Ryzen 5 3600 in Nov. But I need to get a graphic card first and I was wondering what card would be best. I know there are no best but I want something that will do as well if not better than the graphics I get from my current APU(2200G). From my understanding it's about the same as a 1030.

Right now I'm considering this one:

Or this one.. both are in my price bracket:

The price point is perfect and it seems like a decent one. Any other suggestions?
    TIA
    Jeff

It would really help people to give their opinions if you gave more details about your intended use of the system. For example which monitor /TV you will pair the card with, also are you going to use a multi-monitor setup?
Will you be using the card for gaming or productivity or both?
Which type of games or productivity apps will you be using?
What size case are you using and which power supply.
Smaller cases tend to limit the card's cooling options as most small form factor cases situate the card very close to the bottom of the case where there is not usually any air vents.
Some power supplies may not include enough 6 / 8 pin connectors for GPU supplementary power, and may not provide stable power at load.
Having the latest and greatest graphics card really isn't necessary but don't limit yourself too much as your needs may change over time and you don't want to have to upgrade because you made a poor choice initially.
Just my thoughts, hopefully if you expand on the details you will get some great advice.

The specs to my current rig are included already. I plan on doing more productivity things like recording(DAW) and programming with some light gaming, board. The power supply isn't an issue as I have enough additional outlets for power for the card if needed. It's 600W. My main goal is to improve the CPU and I need a graphic card to accomplish this. I could always just upgrade to the Ryzen 5 3400G but for the extra I thought I would get the 3600.

The 1st and 2nd one lack a DisplayPort, which I think these days is essential. Though you may require a legacy DVI-D port for a monitor.
The second one is longer which may impact with space in some boxes, and the small fan probably won't last long.

MSI do a similar card with HDMI and DisplayPort. These are wide due to heatsink, but short, no fan to die.

Description is wrong for the second one, which is why I don't buy such things from Amazon.

I agree that fans die so the heat sink is the best way to go. What I want is a reasonably priced card that can deliver 1030 quality and allow me to get the 3600.

I might suggest a GTX1050Ti, it draws all power from slot, has 4GB Ram and is ideal for 1080p gaming. You can get them in low profile form. Will drive the 32" monitor perfectly.
They are getting rare as hens teeth though, but if you can find one second hand expect to pay maybe £60 - £80 as a fair price, £150'ish retail if you can find them in stock.

That is a nice option but so far I really want to keep it under 100$.

For my needs and current budget I might just opt for a small upgrade to the AMD Ryzen 5 3400G. When I built my current PC I wanted the 2400G but my budget wouldn't allow me to get it so now I can get the 3400G.

You can actually save some money just by getting the 3400G as it is as fast or faster than the GT 1030 in most use scenarios.

    I'm thinking of doing that.
