    Desktop icons moved on startup

I just installed a Radeon 5700 XT and I have a monitor with a 1920 x 1200 resolution. Every time I boot my system the icons get moved into what looks like an area 1366 x 768 or there about. I use DeskTopOK to restore my desktop but I am looking for better solution.

The question I have is this a Windows 10 Pro or an AMD graphics driver problem? If it is a Windows 10 PRO problem, how is it fixed? If it is a problem with the AMD driver, I guess I will need to wait until there is a new driver.

if you plug only one monitor then this must be a monitor issue , it natively reports being HD not FHD , so windows start booting at HD then finally switch to FHD and during that period the desktop re-arranges icons to HD resolution , a work around might be either to check the menus of the monitor see if there is an option for default mode , or see if it has a firmware update , or switch the state of (Right Click Desktop Background > View) Auto Arrange Icons , if its checked then off it or vice versa , see if that helps .
