Enabling sleep mode even when the Intel UHD 620 graphics is disabled

    Hello everyone!!
I want to disable the Intel UHD 620 graphics on my laptop.
But as soon as I do so, the sleep option gets disabled from the system.

There is a long painful story behind why I don't want to re-enable the graphics card.

Meanwhile, I want to ask if It is possible to get the sleep option back on the laptop without enabling the graphics.

    Thank you

Did you use the latest driver for the Igpu from the dell site? Lots of users have that sleep problem. What model is your laptop?

I installed latest driver from dell website
    I also updated bios.
Some suggested me to disable SD card, I did so
I installed many versions of Linux but none solved my problem.

So I just want to disable my graphics driver. I have already wasted 10 months trying to fix this problem.

The laptop is Inspiron 7373 2in1

I have been reading around, now I see why you spent 10 months trying to find a solution. I hope you find it
