Not finding my 2nd display in Nvidia control panel......???

Have been running 2 'displays' for some time now....with success!
Primary display.....Video
2ndary....Audio from PC...via Displayport/HDMI

Today....spotted my sound settings have gone AWOL...and realised that only 1 display is showing in Nvidia control panel.

Have Googled a bit....and re-installed drivers for video card....to no avail!
Tried reinstalling card.....no difference.

I'm on the latest Win10 build.....1903 / 18362.175
Any thoughts....I'm totally stuck!!!

....Should add that I've also tried 'detecting' 2nd display in settings....and this fails!!

I have the same exact problem. Alse have an Nvidia card. I've been using this set-up for months with no issues, and changed nothing other than a windows update and now my system will only detect one monitor at a time... whichever one is turned on when I boot up the system. I noticed if I have both monitors on it now counts what used to be monitor two as the working monitor, but if I boot with that monitor turned off it detects and uses the first monitor just fine.
Each monitor work perfectly if it is the only one turned on at the time of booting, but is completely not detected if turned on after the fact or if the other monitor was the initial one detected.

I tried rolling all variations of updating drivers and rolling back updates but cant get it working again.
