    can't change brightness

    as the title says
When i want to change my monitor brightness it won't let me do it. I can change it but the effect doesn't actually display so the brightness just doesn't change. I try through nvidia control panel and it's just not working.

I have 2 monitors connected to my gtx 1060, all drivers are updated for the gpu itself. The monitors are connected via active adapter that changes DP / HDMI signal to VGA since the monitors are VGA ( one is SyncMaster B2330HD and the other is SyncMaster 920NW )

Any help would be appreciated since this issue is really annoying
note; i am running f.lux and i did disable it but still i couldn't change brightness so i assume it doesn't have anything to do with the brightness itself.

    If you’re running 1903 then that’s a known bug.

Have you installed the latest nvidia driver rather than relying on the one MS download automatically?

    Since no one fixed this.
    I found a solution
I formatted my PC and the issue isn't there anymore.
