HDR too bright

    HDR too bright


    I always try to turn HDR on but my eyes always get tired quickly and I also get a headache. is there a way to prevent these side effects ?

    I have an app called CareUEyes. I have version 1.1.0.6 (which is the free version). It allows you to adjust your monitor's brightness very easily. There are times at night when I use this app. Here are my settings for its brightness:

    thanks I can reduce brightness from nvidia panel or even the monitor panel but no matter I get pain in my eyes only when hdr enabled
