    Hello William,

Does your PC meet the requirements below for Variable Refresh Rate?

You won’t see the slider unless your system has all of the following. If any of these are missing, you will not see the toggle and the feature will not be enabled for you.
    • Windows 10 version 1903 or later
    • A G-SYNC or Adaptive-Sync capable monitor
    • A GPU with WDDM 2.6 or above drivers, that supports G-SYNC / Adaptive-Sync and this new OS feature

WDDM stands for Windows Display Driver Model. Your graphics driver would need to support at least the WDDM 2.6 version. The link below can help give more of the technical details.

You can run dxdiag, click on the Display tab, and the WDDM version will be under Driver Model like below.

    Hi.

You need driver 435.27 or higher to get the option on a Nvidia card. It's currently being offered through Windows Update at the moment on build 1903.

Right, but driver 435.27 should enable both latency mode and Windows vrr support from my understanding. Maybe it only works on verified G-sync compatible displays, or maybe there's an issue in the current WDDM 2.6 drivers that's blocking the feature, I'm not exactly sure. Does Windows Update offer you any updated driver? You can either try and look for an archived version somewhere and try your luck or wait until it becomes available in the future. I think we just need to wait. Very few users have been offered 435.27 when I did a quick search. Sorry I can't be more of help.
