the Driver has problems with Windows 10 applications like the Xbox App or the Minecraft version of Windows 10 it kind of crashes and freezes the entire system
Just tested here and all these seem fine so basically I need the following data :
1 - What windows build are you on ? ( Do a : Run > Winver.exe )
2 - Did you install any other custom driver prior to this one ?
3 - Did you try any checks ? like DISM / SFC / Scan Disk ?
4 - Is this a laptop ? If so did you try shutting down , unplugging battery and power , replugging them and then booting again ?
5 - Other drivers work fine for you ?
I'm running Windows 10 V 1909 the problem only occurs with the driver modified during the loading of these apps (it's not all the time) they just freeze the entire system.
when opening the Windows Log Manager I found some information that the system itself gave us:
Code:T*he Minecraft.Windows.exe program version 1.14.30.2 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. Ok here is an edit , I am testing with the free Minecraft app that ships with windows and hope it is the one you are referring to , now as a reminder the paid versions found on the store lists the minimum system requirements to be :
- PIXEL SHADER: 5.0
- VERTEX SHADER: 5.0
The GPU OpenGL support is 2.1 and Pixel Shader level is 1.2 so apparently these games will not work on such GPU . So hopefully you were referring to free Mine Craft .
Well it is because the driver is 64 bit , I guess you missed this part in the opening post :
There is no 32 bit version as in this era staying with an OS that can only handle 3 GBs of RAM while the GPU itself require 1.759 GBs of shared memory meaning any attempt to use such platform is a joke .
Well, hello.
Look, I found this while looking for actual OpenGL capabilities on windows 10 after trying to make a game on Godot. Since now I've been using the IncrediblE x4500 v10.0 driver with no problems (aside from not having OpenGL).
After installing this driver, Godot simply wouldn't open and said I had no OpenGL, even though I could open the program but no run the game tester.
I checked some of my games and I was shocked. Directx 9 games were running like 5% slower, Directx 11 games wouldn't run at all, and some OpenGL games only had sound.
I had to restore to the backup I did before installing and everything back to normal. Nice Directx 9 and 11 support with no OpenGL.
But still can't understand how Godot opens and only bothers for OpenGL when testing the game on the IncrediblE driver, while this one can't even run the app.

I tried reinstalling the driver again and noticed it was messing with my audio driver. (Onboard audio got damaged so had to install a dedicated sound card)
Not only running sound REALLY slow, but also disabling sounds altogether after reverting to IncrediblE or WDDM drivers.
Thankfully I had an earlier restore point, so it's like nothing happened (though I lost some updates lol)
I believe your problems lay to that previous driver does not get fully uninstalled , if a program can not sense OpenGL presence then this mean that the OpenGL version does not match the driver version , so I believe when you install this driver older files take over or prevent newer files from replacing them , so I suggest you head to uninstall IncrediblE and trace its files in System32 and SysWOW64 and remove them as well before installing new driver .
The list of IncrediblE files that needs to be removed from System32 and SysWOW64 should be :
igcompkrng###.bin
igfcg###m.bin
igkrng###.bin
ig4icd32.dll
ig4icd64.dll
* The Sharp is to replace numbers
If you can not then a clean installing windows becomes a must .
I agree however IncrediblE might be slightly faster than this driver because he edits the DLLs to remove certain Shaders but the end result is that graphics glitch highly with it .
