High pitched whine back - EVGA GeForce GTX 750

The GTX 750 has been a good card and I was happy with it but the whine is driving me nuts so I definitely need to replace it. I'll order the GTX 1050 which is about the same price as the 750 was when it was new.

Well, it wasn't the video card. Installed the new 1050 and same whine. Unplugged everything except my 500GB SSD, mouse and keyboard. Display is connected via HDMI. Makes no difference, still get the whine.

What is weirder is that as soon as I move the mouse, even a tiny bit, the whine stops. When I stop moving the mouse, the whine comes back. As long as the mouse is moving, there is no whine.

This Lenovo K450 came originally with a LITEON PS-5281-7VR 280W (max) Lenovo Part#SP50A33601 PSU. As I mentioned I replaced it with the KDM 500W PSU just prior to installing the Geforce GTX 750 video card. Now I'm wondering, as @Faith mentioned, if the PSU is the cause. Not much else it can be.

How do I tell which will fit in my Lenovo K450?

What about the CoolerMaster MasterWatt 550? Looks like it will fit my Lenovo.I just measured the old LITEON and it's dimensions are the same, 140x150x86 mm.
$60 from CoolerMaster, $77 from NewEgg.
Guess I'll order it and RMA the new 1050 since it doesn't fix the problem.

If it isn't the PSU (ordered earlier) then I'll try that but I'm pretty sure it is the PSU. I'll have the new one Monday, the 8th.

The motherboard cib85m maybe have difficulties to run a 4770 with only 4 pin power.

Don't know what package c states and c1e are. Never seen either in UEFI setup.

This is a Lenovo IdeaCenter K450. It has never had any difficulty running the Intel Quad i7-4770 CPUs.

New PSU did not fix whine it but I'm keeping it anyway.

More isolation testing. When I unplugged the speaker cable the whine went away. No whine with headphones. I'll try a new set of speakers tomorrow. The ones I have are Dell A525 (small sub with two satellite speakers). Had for 5 years or so. Hopefully that's the problem and not the sound chip on the motherboard. Still wondering why any mouse movement makes the whine go away.

Could it be routing of wires behind computer? They are quite a tangle.
