I don't know if you could use the 5450 if it wasn't the primary card.

It looks like the CPU performance of the 2200G is about the same as your Ryzen 3 1200, so you won't lose anything there.

However, if it was me, I'd keep the 1200, lose the 5450, and get an up-to-date discrete graphics card. Any respectable card supports multiple monitors, so the value of the 5450 is limited.

Maybe I'm just skittish because I destroyed a Ryzen 7 X2700 when I tried a cooler swap. The thermal compound (Arctic MX-4) was too glue-like, and the CPU was ripped out of its socket. I straightened the pins, but the damage was too severe for that to work.
The 5450 supports VGA, DVI, and HDMI, and I have used all three ports at one time or another. I get the CPU change, but that's just all part of the game. Gotta watch what is happening.

Oh, by the way, if you deal with Newegg, be cautious. They ripped me for a CPU. I sent one back for a store credit. They got it, and claimed I damaged it, and lied and said there was TC on the CPU. I never took it out of the plastic. It was the wrong socket type (my mistake), but the lie about the unit just soured me to the core. I'm done with them.

    Look at this card:

…, It seems to be sufficient.

Card with multiple connectors aren't rare. I miss your point.

I've dealt with Newegg for years, but I never, to my recollection, returned a CPU. They have never done anything sleazy to me. (There was an issue about them ratting me out for some sales tax I neglected to report on some purchases that were a few years old. I decided to forgive them for that. That wasn't sleazy, just a bit naïve.)

The card that you provide a link to looks a little strange. Maker unspecified. I'm not sure whether all 750 ti cards have UEFI compatible BIOSes, but it may. (Incidentally: you could have pasted it as a link, rather than the URL.) You can get similar unbranded cards from eBay, for about $46, with free shipping. If you buy it from an eBay storefront rather than an individual, the risk is probably no greater than getting it from "Kshion".

The 750 ti appears to be a more powerful card than a 1030. Its main problem is that it's old enough that it appears to be unavailable, new, from the mainstream makers.

    Best of luck.

For NVIDIA GeForce GTX750TI 2GB GDDR5 192bit 28nm VGA DVI HDMI Graphics Card …, at Newegg.

Was that intended to be a link? It is not one.

My apologies for misinformation. There are lots of 750 ti cards from the large makers at Newegg. (Much more expensive than the unbranded ones.) It was based on my favorite nVidia card maker, eVGA, not listing any 750 ti cards on their web site. I see that nVidia's latest drivers support the 750 ti, so that's good. I wish that I could tell you whether all 750 ti cards are UEFI compatible.

(There is a possible work-around for that, involving using nvflash to install a UEFI compatible BIOS from a known good card of the same type onto one of the unbranded ones, but there would be some risk.)

Also more than likely a fake card.

Fake video card GForce GTX 1050ti...Downgrade bios to GTS 450... | TechPowerUp Forums

The GTX 750 Ti also doesn't require an extra power connection, so why is one included. Also if you check out the sellers Amazon storefront, they sell clothing, not electronics.

That's why Shawn Brink recommended that I post my question to the community. I had no idea that there were actually fake electronics postings, to lure one to purchase something "cheap" and get tanked. Thanks. I gotta more into specific architecture instead of just reading specs. Thanks again.

Thing is, that card listing was from Newegg, not Amazon storefront. That's why I included "..., at Newegg". It actually appears on their website. I know I expressed dissatisfaction with Newegg, they are usually good on their listings. My problem was with a protocol. But I did read that they were involved in a Ponzi scheme a couple of years ago....

    Yikes.

    That would explain the pricing.

There was a scandal in China a few years ago involving adulterated infant formula. Some babies died. A few of the principals were convicted and executed. I doubt that the same treatment would be applied to crooks selling bogus graphics cards in the West, though.
