Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WiFi mobo video

I just bought a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WiFi mobo, and combined it with a Ryzen 3 1200 CPU; 2X8GB Vengence DDR4 RAM;
and a MSI Radeon HD 5450 Direct X 1 GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCIe 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video card. But what I get, after post,
and the Windows logo, is a pixeled display of color patterns, that go from black screen to color scramble, and back
and forth, until the monitor shuts down from no signal, while the computer continues to run. The monitors have no
"wake-up" protocol. I have to shut down, and reboot the system. What am I looking for? What SHOULD I be looking for?
Is the card compatible with the CPU, memory, and mobo?

You know how, when it starts up, there is the Windows logo on the screen? Well, I get that, but when the dots start to rotating, after a half minute, or so, they stop, and a tick later, that screen. I don't know what you mean by "wrong frequency". I never fiddle with the frequency. The CPU is in control there.

I'm not sure what "wrong frequency" you're talking about, but I never bother with that. The CPU takes care of that. As you can see from the photos.

Isn't that a UEFI only board, no bios option to run legacy bios graphics card.
Check your manual and/or contact GA support.

In the BIOS, there is the option to choose legacy, or UEFI.

And I'm beginning to have even more issues. I think I'm gonna give GA their board back and try something else. While the RAID reader in the startup recognizes the SSD, and the BIOS recognizes the SSD, for whatever reason, the system won't boot to the SSD. And when I attempt to boot to a bootable drive with the OS on it, it shows a "We couldn't find a hard drive" in the installation's partition table. I load the SSD with Win 10 x64 from another system, without changing the GPT formatting, and it still doesn't recognize it. Crazy.

OK, I got that. But I gotta have a serious discussion with GA about the Chipset log in my BIOS. I have no "Integrated Graphics" settings at all. And, true to form, I have no integrated graphics on my board! NOTHING works for graphics, DVI, or HDMI. Nothing! My system: The manual:
