    Screen Flickering/Coloured bars

I recently purchased and installed an MSI AMD Radeon RX580 8gb Graphics card, and for the past 20 days it has been working fine. However today, when in fullscreen games, random screen glitches have been coming up across all three of my monitors. What is causing this and how can I fix it? Is it a problem with the actual card or is it the software?

It didn't happen on your previous card? (what card did you use before?) Any software changes done to your computer within 20 days? Try to remove connections from your secondary or tertiary monitor and see if this still occurs. Since it only happens in fullscreen it could simply be a refresh rate & sync issue, although it's strange if it didn't happen before on the same system with the same settings. Try running games in windowed mode for testing purposes.

I previously had a GT 710 as my GTX970 before that had failed. I believe that there may have been a windows update a few days ago, I will revert it and see what happens.
